Fruits of New York: 5 Volumes (Plums of New York; Cherries of New York; Peaches of New York; the Pears of New York; Small Fruit of New York) (Fruits of New York)


From 1905 until his retirement in 1937 Ulysses Prentiss Hedrick (1870-1951) worked as a horticulturalist at the New York Agricultural Experiment Station at Geneva, New York. Between 1908 and 1950 Mr. Hedrick authored fifteen books on the subject of horticulture; of these, six focused specifically on the fruits of New York. Offered here are five of those rare titles, all withdrawals from a public library in western Pennsylvania. The books have minimal library indicators, in most cases only a bookplate and barcode on the front paste-down and a spine marking. Each has green cloth
